In compliance with the General Regulation regarding the Protection of personal data that will be provided, the interested party is informed of the following:

How long do we keep your data?
The personal data provided will be retained as needed to manage contact, consultation, or the order placed.
The legitimacy of the consent for processing of data is provided by sending the contact form or a query.
If a professional commission is produced, the legitimization of the treatment will be the contractual relationship established and the fulfilment of the professional and legal obligations arising from it.

What are your rights?
Any person has the right to obtain confirmation with regards to treatment of personal data relating to them or not. Those interested have the right to access their personal data and to obtain a copy of personal data subject to the treatment, update them, request the rectification of inaccurate data or, where appropriate, seek their removal when, among other reasons, the data is no longer needed for the purposes for which it was collected.
In certain circumstances provided for in article 18 RGPD, interested parties may request the limitation of the treatment of the data, in which case we will only retain them for the application of the commission.
